WOODEN JOINERY
Wooden doors and windows have many positive characteristics compared to those of PVC. These qualities are described in the following
Characteristics
Natural look
A plastic material (PVC or aluminum) will not be able give the window a natural aspect, like wood does. Wood creates a natural, intimate atmosphere and fits any architectural style.
Lifetime
Our wooden products are layerglued and spliced, which is necessary to avoid warpage. These technological steps makes the product to last for decades.
Durable and weatherproof
Wooden windows, if they are properly maintained surpass any expectations, they can withstand even extreme thermal and climate conditions.
Air and watertight
Wooden frames are equipped with modern drainage (drip) and air barrier system that prevents the infiltration of water and provide protection against the wind.

Quality finish
We use Milesi finishes, specifically designed for outdoor use (stains, varnishes), are environmentally friendly, water-based and highly resistant to moisture and sun exposure (UV radiation).
Flexible use
Products of any shape can be made out of wood, wich is not true about PVC profiles. In such cases when the facade of the building cannot be altered (monuments, historical building), the existing carvings of doors and windows should be kept, the use of wood is recommended. Wooden structures have wider production limits, than PVC products. For instance: the maximum size of a tilt-swing PVC window with two layers of glass is 150 × 150 cm. If there is used three layers of glass these dimensions are smaller than 130 x 150 cm, with the same features the maximum size for products made of wood is 150 × 180 cm.
Technical data

THE BINAL IS FIXED ONLY AFTER THE INTERNAL TREATMENTS WERE DRIED, ELSE WARRANTY IS LOST.
AFTER UNBOXING THE PACKAGING OR IN CASE OF DETERIORATION OF THE PACKAGING, IN MAXIMUM THREE DAYS THE SURFACES MUST BE PAINED. ELSE, THE WARRANTY IS LOST.
Identify the right position, dimensions and type of wall finishing materials in order to determine the need for the elements to add to the heels and the dimensions of these elements
Define the horizontality, verticality and perpendicularity of windows and walls
Accurate measurement of gaps, including wall thickness
Actual dimensions for the door width will be 20 mm lower and 10 mm lower for door height. At windows in both directions, the difference will be 20 mm
When making measurements for doors, we need to set exactly the floor level that directly influences the height of the door.
Binals are wrapped in polyethylene foil immediately after making
Protect against hits and humidity
Keep away from high humidity
Storage on wooden sleepers, with small inclined walls
Check the dimensions and floor level
Clean the gap and place the frames
Horizontal and vertical adjustment
Fix the structure with screws
Protect the edges and walls against the expansion of the foam placed between the frame and the wall with adhesive paper
Remove the surplus after drying with a knife
Plaster of the mounting hole
Protection of the binals structure with foil, protective slats, bent-painted table, etc.
At least two layers of paint are required
Remove of fittings and sealing gasket prior to painting
Grinding with 200 grain abrasive paper
Painting all the elements - including the edges and unseen edges from the outside
Pay attention to external factors - relative humidity, temperature, solar rays
Re-install the fittings and seals
Check everything is working correctly
For wood surfaces used outdoor, renewal and treatment of the material is recommended (XGC 35, XGC 33, XGC 43 / M)
Through XGC 35 the thick lashes can be easily treated. It is recommended to use the preparation twice / year (spring and autumn). The cleaned surfaces are gently wiped off with soft baskets soaked with these preparations. Through the two layers applied annually, the surfaces can be protected
XGC 33 is a colorless, weatherproof, easy-to-apply brush. If there are no favorable conditions for surface treatment with XGC 33, then the structures can be preserved with renewal varnishes. With this lacquer it is recommended to treat the surfaces once every 2 years
Type 43 / M has been developed especially for application with a brush. It is recommended for renewal of degraded structures, or surfaces that have discolored over the years. The product is applied in 3 layers
The product warranty is valid 5 years from the date of purchase
The warranty is required at the place of purchase
The warranty does not apply in case of not respecting the use and treatment of the surfaces indicated in the instructions for use
