A new European Canal window design with hidden sash and thinner profiles, with a visible section of only 66 mm from the outside, maximizing the glazing surface and making it possible to reach 85% of the total surface area of the window. This feature allows extra gain in light in the interior.

Its design allows to keep the sash hidden from the outside, so it makes it impossible to distinguish fixed areas from those that can be opened, thus achieving a perfect homogeneity in the aesthetics of the facade.

The 35 mm thermal barrier area, the polyolefin foam and the possibility of installing glass up to 40 mm thick, allow up to 1.0 W / m²K heat transmission to maximize energy efficiency and sound insulation.

The AEV test bench attest excellent sealing, permeability and wind resistance performance in order to obtain the best protection under the worst weather conditions.

Cor 70 Industrial RPT is a hinged window system designed to meet the needs of a particular market segment with a simple, versatile and economical joinery with high performance.

With a 70 mm thick frame and European Canal Fittings, this innovation achieves a heat transfer coefficient of only 0.9 W / m²K to ensure resistance to different climatic conditions and energy efficiency.

There is the possibility of using straight or rounded sashes, as well as the possibility of glazing up to 55 mm, which allows the use of large thicknesses glass, offering excellent acoustic and thermal performance.

In addition, it offers the possibility of using Hinged Fittings or Evo Security Fittings.

The new European Channel hinge system concept is able to reach maximum sealing, energy efficiency and acoustic protection levels with the fastest installation and manufacturing time.

With 80 mm heel depth, this system responds to the toughest climatic demands, delivering an excellent energy efficiency due to the minimum Uw value of the thermal transfer, which can reach 0.8 W / m²K.

These minimum values are achieved by a perfectly drawn structure of the thermal barrier area, with 45 mm tubular polyamides and the introduction of cross-linked polyolefin profiles both in the perimeter of the glass and inside the heel and the sheet.

Extensive glazing up to 65 mm allows the use of an energy-efficient glass and the presence of large thicknesses and the double chamber give it excellent thermal and acoustic characteristics (up to 46 dB noise protection) with maximum energy efficiency and perfect interior comfort.

The results obtained in the AEV tests define it as the window with the best sealing, permeability and wind resistance characteristics to guarantee maximum protection against the worst atmospheric agents.

Simplicity of assembly and minimal workmanship allow for a large series of production, saving time and minimizing costs.

The evolution of the Gor Galicia Premium series is a mixed aluminum-wood system with standard hardware which offers the possibility of triple adjustment and front fixing.

With a similar aesthetics and enhanced thermal and acoustic performance compared to the previous version of this system, Cortizo proposes a more economical window that facilitates the manufacturing process, thus simplifying this phase reduces the production time by 15-20%.

This format for aluminum profiles assembled with 14.6 and 16 mm polyamide improves thermal insulation, reaching a minimum heater transmission value of 1.1 (W / m²K) .

Independent fixing with clips (this allows for the substitution of the moldings and the possibility of other timber treatments that are different to those normally supplied) through the EPDM gaskets. In both cases, this assembly assures a perfect absorption of the various dilatations of these materials.
