This new fire resistant aluminum door system (category EI260) resolves fire safety requirements, enabling fire compartmentation and evacuation of people. This is possible due to retardant insulation materials that do not combust in the profile chambers, as well as intumescentant gaskets which have an expansion effect and bio-soluble paper in the glazing area.

With a thermal transfer value of just 1.4 W / m²K achieves very good thermal performance and the possibility of glazing with a maximum space of 48 mm guarantees maximum acoustic insulation.

It also offers the possibility of joining with fixed areas and incorporates special opening hardware with anti-panic function, automatic door closing system and handles/hinges officially approved in the fire-extinguishing sector.

Millennium Plus 80 door is a coplanar door entry system with straight lines and frame depth of 80 mm, great choice for commercial spaces. It has a transmitting value of 0.8 W / m²K which gives it excellent thermal performance. At the same time, the 64 mm glazing capacity provides maximum acoustic insulation.

There is the possibility of using high-strength hinges (applied or reinforced grooves) that can withstand a weight of up to 220 Kg per sash.

For hidden hinges, the following maximum paper sizes and weights are assumed: height 2.700 mm, width 1.500 mm, supported weight 120 kg, and maximum sash opening at 100 °.

It allows the set up of an emergency exit with anti-panic devices according to EN 179 & EN 1125 regulations.

Millennium 2000 door is a Coplanar door entry system with frame depth of 45 mm for commercial and residential buildings.

Available in 2 versions:
– Millenium 2000 door: with double or triple flag hinges of high strenght, capable of supporting up to 180 kg per sash.
-Millenium 2000 automatic door: This new solution optimizes the room’s space, it has been specifically designed to resolve crowded entrances (offices, shopping centres, hospitals…) as it guarantees good pedestrian circulation as well as security in emergency situations.

There is the possibility of 1 or 2 sashes, with or without fixed areas, it comes with the option of automatic opening, using two different motor positions; one at 12 cm high and another being minimalist at only 7 cm high.

Also, you can incorporate a motorization system.
